Ritual is a monthly networking group for women entrepreneurs, healers, and creatives in Portland, Oregon.
We meet on the first Friday of each month in SE Portland — pay-what-you-can, feminist, and nothing like a regular networking event.
No elevator pitches. No business card shuffling. No performance required.
Just a circle of women building something real, together.

There is nothing quite like Becky's Ritual Circle.
It is a richly woven space to root into ourselves, connect to our vision as inspired from within and informed by the cycles of nature, and to witness, honor, support and learn from other women on shared heart-centered journeys in business expansion. Becky is a master at facilitating connection with beautiful humility, grace, and intuition.

Becky creates a beautiful, sacred space for women business owners to be in touch with their "woo" side and get down to business at the same time.
It's not like traditional networking events that are transactional. . . it's more about sharing, collaborating, and supporting each other. I made some wonderful connections, had some Ah-Ha! moments about my own business, and left feeling inspired. I'll definitely be going back!
What Happens?
Each gathering is rooted in the Wheel of the Year and includes a seasonal overview, a grounding meditation and journaling prompt, and space for each person to share what's alive in their work and life right now.
Part mastermind. Part sisterhood. Part sacred space.
