I've spent over 20 years in wellness — as a chiropractor, herbalist, and business coach — and I see this over and over:

Most wellness practitioners are really good at their work. And really exhausted by the business of it.

Get Clients Without Social Media

I help wellness practitioners— massage therapists, acupuncturists, coaches, healers— build a stable practices through referrals, retention, and a clear path through their offers. When those three things are working, you stop starting from zero every month.

I do this through an anti-capitalist lens because I believe how you build your business matters as much as whether it grows.

I believe

A thriving business isn’t just about profit. It’s about collective liberation. It’s about building something that nourishes all of us, not just the bottom line.

Ethical Marketing for Wellness Practitioners

I work with people who are ready to move beyond the old status quo.

My clients are change-makers and paradigm shifters with a vision that reaches far beyond themselves or their bank accounts.

I support women who believe that entrepreneurship and collective liberation belong together. For us, healing work and business growth are not separate- they’re part of the same movement.

Most of my clients are micro–business owners in the wellness space: bodyworkers, coaches, and practitioners running businesses with ten or fewer employees (and often, it’s just one woman doing everything).

They’re building businesses while also holding full lives. Many are navigating family responsibilities, chronic illness, care-taking, nervous system sensitivity, neurodivergence, or a deep commitment to values that intentionally limit how many hours they work.

They are not trying to hustle their way to success. They’re trying to build sustainable businesses that support their lives, their communities, and their values.

What I Actually Believe

anti-capitalist. eco-feminist. chiropractor. herbalist. recovering perfectionist (INFP, Cancer sun, aquarius moon).

I believe a thriving business isn't just about profit. It's about building something that doesn't cost you your health, your values, or your sense of self to maintain.

And I believe "enough" is a real goal.

The wellness industry is full of coaches telling you to scale, optimize, and build passive income. I'm going to help you figure out what a sustainable practice actually looks like for you — and then build the simplest possible path to get there.

Stay Nourished

A weekly-ish self-care and business guide for women entrepreneurs who give a fu@k.

In these notes, I share reflections on running a sustainable, anti-capitalist, anti-hustle business—alongside personal stories of seasonal living, herbalism, somatic wisdom, and mothering.

It’s for women who want to grow their businesses without selling out, burn out, or giving up what really matters.
