Welcome, Sister 💫

I help wellness pros go from “ugh, marketing” to “oh wow, this actually works for me.”

You don’t need to contort yourself to fit a system that was never built for you.

Who I Am & What I Value

You’re not here to play by hustle-culture rules. You want a business rooted in authenticity — one that honors your values, your well-being, and the collective good.

And you want to grow it without the capitalistic, exploitative lens we’ve all been sold.

Same.

I’m Becky — a somatic coach and witchy small biz strategist for women. I help wellness pros create businesses that feel nourishing, sustainable, and actually joyful.

I’ve been working for myself for most of my adult life. I’ve run several wellness ventures— a yoga studio, an online herbal apothecary, a one-room chiropractic clinic, and a large wellness spa— and each one confirmed that business can be a source of joy, not just grind.

I’m also a 40-something mama of three teenage boys, a chiropractor and craniosacral therapist, an herbalist, a recovering perfectionist, a writer, a self-help book junkie, and a lover of nature, plants, and beautiful things.

I believe

The more women we have in positions of power, making financial decisions and leading from the sacred feminine, the more the world can heal.

Grow Your Business Without Hustle Culture or Burnout

I work with people who are ready to do away with the old status quo. My clients are change-makers and paradigm shifters with a vision that reaches far beyond themselves or their bank accounts.

I support women who believe that entrepreneurship and collective liberation belong together. For us, healing and business growth are not separate—they’re part of the same movement.

My clients are micro-business owners in the wellness space—businesses with ten or fewer employees (and often, it’s just one woman running the whole thing).

The women I work with are also juggling family, chronic illness, teetering on burnout, or values that intentionally limit how many hours they work. They’re doing this with full lives and tender nervous systems, not unlimited time and energy.

I especially love working with bodyworkers and coaches —I stay in my lane and lead from what I’ve actually lived, felt, and done.
