As an anti-capitalist coach, I help wellness practitioners find language and structure for their work that feels clear, ethical, and human, not extractive, shaming, or pushy.

Welcome, Sister 💫
Anti-capitalist business coaching for wellness practitioners who want to grow through ethical marketing, real relationships, and work that actually aligns with their values.
I believe
A thriving business isn’t just about profit. It’s about collective liberation. It’s about building something that nourishes all of us, not just the bottom line.
What Is an Anti-Capitalist Business Coach?
I’m Becky — an anti-capitalist business coach and marketing strategist for wellness professionals.
You’re not here to play by hustle-culture rules. You want a business rooted in authenticity: One that honors your values, your well-being, and the collective good.
And you want to grow it without the capitalistic, exploitative lens we’ve all been sold.
Same.
I’ve spent nearly 20 years building wellness businesses and running a multidisciplinary practice. I know what it’s like to love your work and still feel trapped by it. I know what it’s like to grow a values-led wellness business while juggling burnout, boundaries, family, and the reality of making a living in wellness.
Who Anti-Capitalist Business Coaching Is For
I work with people who are ready to move beyond the old status quo.
My clients are change-makers and paradigm shifters with a vision that reaches far beyond themselves or their bank accounts.
I support women who believe that entrepreneurship and collective liberation belong together. For us, healing work and business growth are not separate- they’re part of the same movement.
Most of my clients are micro–business owners in the wellness space: bodyworkers, coaches, and practitioners running businesses with ten or fewer employees (and often, it’s just one woman doing everything).
They’re building businesses while also holding full lives. Many are navigating family responsibilities, chronic illness, nervous system sensitivity, neurodivergence, or a deep commitment to values that intentionally limit how many hours they work.
They are not trying to hustle their way to success. They’re trying to build sustainable businesses that support their lives, their communities, and their values.
How I Help Wellness Practitioners
Map your client journey: every step flows intentionally, honoring real connection
Build lasting relationships: client retention built through trust and care, not pressure
Market ethically: grow your business in alignment with your values, vision, and anti-capitalist principles
Stay Nourished
A weekly-ish self-care and business guide for women entrepreneurs who give a fu@k.
In these notes, I share reflections on running a sustainable, anti-capitalist, anti-hustle business—alongside personal stories of seasonal living, herbalism, somatic wisdom, and mothering.
It’s for women who want to grow their businesses without selling out, burn out, or giving up what really matters.
