Welcome. I’m glad you’re here.
I’m Becky

I believe
The more women we have in positions of power, making financial decisions and leading from the sacred feminine, the more the world can heal.

I’ve run several businesses
...including a yoga studio, a tiny herbal apothecary, a one room chiropractic clinic and a large wellness spa.
I work with micro-business owners in the wellness space. What’s a micro-business? A business with 10 or less employees— and often times just one.
I mostly work with bodyworkers, wellness studio owners, yoga and fitness teachers, and those with a brick-and-mortar location.
[NOTE] The online space isn’t my jam (though I can make great recommendations of biz coaches who love it!), and online businesses aren’t in my wheelhouse.
I’m also a 40-something mama of three teen-aged boys, a feminist, a serial entrepreneur, a chiropractor and Craniosacral therapist, an herbalist, a recovering perfectionist, a writer, a self help book junkie, and a lover of nature, plants and beautiful things.

As women, we’ve been conditioned to live by other people’s expectations.
To check all the boxes, to follow the rules, to stay in the lines, to be all the things to all the people. To settle for a world that’s not your own.
The dominant systems in our culture thrive off of you playing small.
It takes courage to show up in your own skin. To stop blending in. To do things your way.
I invite you to step into courage and create a business on your own terms.

A weeklyish self-care guide for women who give a fu@k
In these weekly musings, I share my thoughts on running a sustainable, anti-capitalist, anti-hustle business alongside personal reflections on seasonal living, herbalism, and mothering.
