drop into the wisdom of Your Body

Somatic Business Coaching

Are you needing some clarity ASAP?

This bite-sized offering is the perfect solution when you find yourself in a liminal space.

These thought provoking pay-what-you’re-able sessions give you a taste of what it's like to work together without a long term commitment. Let’s work together to determine what needs tending.

Sessions are IN PERSON or over the inter-webs, and can be at my office in downtown Lake Oswego, a walk-and-talk at Tryon Creek Park 🍄 or virtual.

This is a collaborative session where you bring your ideas and challenges to the table and we talk through them together.

Nothing is off limits. My approach involves somatic exercises, deep listening, and asking thought provoking questions.

My hope is that by the end of our time together, you will feel more excited about your business and have some simple next steps for moving forward.
