Our time together will be a landing space; a judgement free zone where you can vent or share your wildest dreams, and be held with compassion. We can talk through roadblocks, mental blocks and limiting beliefs.
We can brainstorm new ways of existing and doing business. I will hold unwavering space for you to do the work of being human.

Two one-to-one 90-minute somatic coaching sessions over 30 days (ideally at the beginning of the month and the end of the month)
A follow-up message after each session with suggestions and additional resources

Each 90-minute coaching session has two parts.

…a ritual for SLOWING DOWN.
After a brief intake, a typical session will begin with you lying fully clothed on a warm massage table. Sessions are a combination of physical and energetic bodywork, and incorporate an eclectic and gentle mix of craniosacral therapy, myofascial release, spinal energetics, and sound healing.

This is a collaborative session where you bring your ideas and challenges to the table, and we move through them together. Nothing is off limits. My approach involves somatic exercises, deep listening, and asking thought provoking questions. My hope is that by the end of our time together, you will feel more excited about your business and have some simple next steps for moving forward.
