Wildish Coaching Blog
Reflections on running a sustainable, anti-hustle business while tapping into seasonal rhythms.
About Me
Welcome to my weekly(ish) newslwetter + blog.
Other than writing overly opinionated emails (my love language), I can usually be found reading, hiking in the woods, or gazing at the moon. I’m a crunchy 40-something mom of three teenagers. I could eat tacos every single day (and sometimes I do). I live for live music, witchy rituals, cold lake swims, and deep conversations around a campfire. I adore strong coffee and quick-witted sarcasm. My finely-tuned bullshit meter has zero tolerance for bullies or bro culture. I think plants are endlessly fascinating—Maybe even more so than humans. I like to do the opposite of what people tell me to do.
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been drawn to mysticism, ritual, and the sacred feminine. I’ve spent my entire adult life supporting women in reclaiming their power, bodies, voices and creativity. Today, that work lives through Wildish — a space for somatic business coaching, nervous system regulation, and heart-led leadership in Portland, Oregon.
I help women entrepreneurs and small business owners break free from hustle culture and build sustainable, soul-aligned businesses. My coaching blends feminine business models, cycles of expansion and rest, and intuitive strategy that honors the body as much as the bottom line.
At the core of my work is this belief: your business is a tool for cultural change. When women lead in alignment with their values and voice — even when it shakes — we create a paradigm shift. And that’s exactly what I’m here for.
The messy middle & transitioning to fall
Life consists of liminal moments where you pass from one season of life to another, and these moments often leave us feeling a bit wobbly and unbalanced.
Postcard from my summer vacation
When distanced from the whirlwind of daily life, our bodies SOFTEN. Our shells of protection drop away. Our nervous systems settle. And we are reminded that life is mostly good.
Beltane
Beltane marks the half way point between the spring equinox and the summer solstice.
Your 9-5 is Someone Else’s Passive Income.
From a very young age, we are taught how to be good workers. How to follow the rules. How to stand in line and be quiet and wait to be called on.
Feeling stressed?
Most of us are running on fumes.

Why is it so hard to ask for what we need?

Embracing Change
Tuning into seasonal cues is an art that has been disregarded by our busy culture.
