For nearly 20 years, I worked hands-on with clients in private practice — specializing in gentle, nervous system–based care and integrative healing. I founded and ran multiple wellness businesses, including a large multidisciplinary wellness center, so I know firsthand what it takes to grow a values-led practice while navigating burnout, boundaries, family and the realities of making a living in the wellness world.
Since 2021, I’ve been supporting other practitioners — massage therapists, coaches, healers, and creative entrepreneurs — in building sustainable, anti-capitalist businesses that are aligned with your values — not just profitable, but truly sustainable.
